Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Commonwealth of Australia

The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Australia hosted cultural performances in collaboration with the ROK Navy Cruise Training Task Group on Wednesday December 4, 2024. The event brought together around 350 attendees, including Korean War veterans, members of the diplomatic corps, and the Korean community in Canberra.

The reception featured a vibrant array of traditional performances, including Samulnori and Gugak. Additionally, interactive booths were set up to showcase Korean culture, such as a traditional Korean liquor-tasting station and a tourism promotion booth organized by the Korea Tourism Organization.

This event provided a meaningful opportunity to promote Korean culture and deepen mutual understanding between the two nations.
